- Revenue and profit vs. target
Tuesday: Listing Optimization
- Update underperforming listing titles
- Refresh main images on low-CTR listings
- Add new tags based on search term reports
- Cross-reference competitor changes
Wednesday: Customer Insights
- Read all new reviews (positive and negative)
- Compile customer questions into FAQ
- Identify 1-2 product improvement ideas
- Respond to all unresolved messages
Thursday: Inventory and Operations
- Check stock levels and reorder points
